At Cedar Grange we look after residents with a variety of needs, from residential and general nursing care to specialised dementia and mental health support. We plan our care from a person-centred perspective, working closely with the local GP surgery, Community Psychiatric Nurses and the District Nursing team, to ensure that we are providing the best care possible.
When residents join us at Cedar Grange, the first thing that we do is develop a comprehensive care plan with them, setting out the care we aim to provide and how we will achieve this. We assess this plan on a continual basis, working with the resident to ensure that their needs are met. Care is available to our residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Visitors are always welcome.
