1940s/1950s day

On 30th September, Trengrouse Home in Helston took part in a 1940s and 1950s celebration day.

We decorated the home in bunting and posters of the era and most of our staff dressed in the clothes of the day.

Our wonderful kitchen staff provided an all day buffet and we watched films during the day. Greg provided entertainment in the evening and we all got involved by singing and dancing to the music provided.

A wonderful day was had by all and we even managed to raise £30 toward our comfort funds!
