Brownies Carol Service at Trevarna

Brownies Carol Service at Trevarna

Posted by admin on December 28,2016

Staff and residents had a wonderful time over Christmas, listening to the 1st Gorran and Mevagissey Brownies carol service.

It was lovely to have the 1st Gorran and Mevagissey Brownies join us at Trevarna in St Austell over Christmas. They sang us some lovely tunes and spent time with our residents.

Here is Kay, one of our lovely residents and her husband, who came to join in the fun of the day. We think this photo shows what a great time we all had.

Thank you to the 1st Gorran and Mevagissey Brownies for their lovely songs, you gave us all a wonderful day.

Let's remind ourselves of the Brownie Promise...

The Brownie Promise is:

"I promise that I will do my best, to be true to myself and develop my beliefs, to serve the Queen and my community, to help other people and to keep the Brownie Guide Law."

The Brownie Guide Law is:

"A Brownie Guide thinks of others before herself and does a good turn every day."

Sounds like something we should all live by!
