This week on the #ProudToCare Cornwall Show, special guest Neil Eastwood (author and social care guru) joined us live in the studio.
We would like to extend a big thank you to Emma Mansfield and Sarah Devine for their input. Tania Williams and Andrea Redfearn were also present. Neil Eastwood likened them to Ant and Dec! We would agree that they give Ant and Dec a run for their money – they are the ‘dream team’ in Cornwall Care’s recruitment department!

On this show we discussed the importance of a healthy workplace, with the emphasis on mental health. We all agreed that it’s great that we are working together to recruit caring people into the care sector.
