Christmas at St Breock
Posted by admin on January 5,2018Christmas day was great! Residents and some family members visited and had lunch with their loved ones.
One lady came over from New York to spend Christmas with her mum. The Mayor - Adrian Jones - visited in the morning and left a beautiful arrangement of flowers. Father Christmas gave out presents before lunch.
Lunch was a three course lunch of melon, roast turkey and Christmas pudding or trifle. Bucks Fizz was enjoyed by those who liked a tipple. Everyone had such a lovely day and wore themselves out so much with the fun and excitement that they were ready for bed a bit earlier than usual.
A special mention goes to our lady in pink, Marjorie Keat – our oldest resident – she will be 103 in February! What an amazing achievement. Well done Marjorie.
