Christmas at Trengrouse
Posted by admin on January 5,2018We held our Christmas dinner party for our residents and their loved ones on December 22nd.
It was organised by Julie Ann (manager), Sade Callaway (activities coordinator), Keith Ridges (cook) Dave Shanley (cook) and Ryan Callaway (Kitchen Assistant). Thank you for your hard work.
The evening was a great success and everybody who attended said they thoroughly enjoyed themselves, we even had a request to organise a 1970’s theme event in the future!
From the starters to the ''just for fun'' awards ceremony and ending on coffee and mince pies, this event was well received and the fun and laughter just spread throughout the home.
We made over £100 for the residents’ amenities funds – some of which has already been spent on new games for all the residents to enjoy.
We would like to thank the kitchen team for all their hard work and support, the food looked amazing and it couldn't have been done without them. We would also like to thank the evening and night staff for their assistance with the preparation and clearing up afterwards, it was truly appreciated.
Last but not least, thank you to all of the relatives and residents - you help to make our events even more special.
