Cornwall Care are nominated for 2 Care and Support Awards 2018

Home Care have been nominated by Tania Williams in the category of Outstanding Contribution to Care and Support Award and the Supported Living Team have been nominated by Geraldine Green in the category of Outstanding Supported Housing Worker Award.

Good luck to both teams in being shortlisted. The hosts will be Cornwall Adult Health & Social Care Learning Partnership (CAHSC) and the gala evening for the winners will take place on the evening of 9 March.

Well done to the teams for being nominated and fingers crossed for being taken forward to the next stage.
