Cornwall Care Outstanding Staff Awards 2017

At Cornwall Care, we believe in recognising and rewarding individuals for their achievements. The Outstanding Staff Awards give our employees, residents, clients and their families the opportunity to nominate their colleagues who they believe have gone above and beyond.

This year, we had 17 categories and received an amazing number of nominations, a total of 490. The judges were overwhelmed by the quality of nominations; they found selecting finalists and winners extremely difficult. They will be sharing some of the comments from the nomination forms during their announcements of finalists and winners. I am sure you will all agree, they are all worthy of their nomination.

Of course, these awards recognise just a small amount of our staff but each and every member of our staff provide excellent service every single day, whether that is hands-on care or working in a position which is not so visible but is no less important. I would like to thank each and every single member of our staff for their commitment to our residents and clients, their care to every task they complete and their dedication to their role, without each and every one of you, we would not be able to provide these fantastic services.
