Cornwall Care Shortlisted for Clutch of Awards
Posted by admin on November 28,2016We are very proud to tell you that Cornwall Care has been shortlisted for a clutch of awards for the quality of our care and commitment to apprenticeships.
The Great British Care Awards are a celebration of excellence across the care sector; they put the frontline care workers at their heart. In their seventh year, Cornwall Care staff were nominated in six categories in the regional South West finals.
The nominees were:
- Julia Tyldesley, Care Home Manager category
- Katie Dean, Front Line Leader category
- Luke Bond, Home Care Co-ordinator category
- Tania Williams, Ancillary Worker category
- Sade Callaway, Activities Co-ordinator category
- Natalie Hudson, Care Innovator category
We would like to congratulate them all on being nominated, it's a fantastic achievement!
We are also delighted to announce that Luke Bond won his category!

Cornwall Care was also nominated as Apprentice Employer of the Year in the over 250 employees category in this year’s Cornwall Apprenticeship Awards, where we were 'Highly Commended'.

Cornwall Care also sponsored the Inaugural Care & Support Awards at the Eden Project on Friday 28th October. The awards were organised by the Cornwall Adult Health and Social Care Learning Partnership.
