CORNWALL CARE TRAINING AWARDS AND OUTSTANDING STAFF AWARDS 2018

On Tuesday 30 October, Cornwall Care held their Training Awards and Outstanding Staff Awards 2018. The event was held at The Eden Project in St Austell. Everybody who attended had a fabulous time. The recipients of their qualification certificates were happy to receive recognition for all their hard work and perseverance and the staff award winners were overjoyed to receive their trophies and framed certificates.

At Cornwall Care, we believe in recognising and rewarding individuals for their achievements. The Outstanding Staff Awards gave our employees, residents, clients and their families the opportunity to nominate their colleagues who they believed had gone above and beyond. This year, we had 15 categories and received an amazing number of nominations, a total of 548. The judges were overwhelmed by the quality of nominations; they found selecting finalists and winners extremely difficult.
