Cornwall Care video series - Redannick

We are delighted to share with you the first in a new video series about our homes across Cornwall Care, where we ask relatives for their thoughts on our services. This is a video from Redannick, our care home in Truro.

It was a real joy making this video and we are incredibly proud to share the opinions of our residents' families, who were wonderful to work with.

Watching this for the first time was quite an emotional experience for our team at Redannick. Hearing how happy our relatives are really affirms that the great work we do is recognised. We know that our staff create wonderful experiences but hearing it from our relatives is invaluable.

Our favourite comment about Redannick is that it is 'considered as home'. It is our aim to make our residents feel that our homes are their homes, so it's amazing to hear that this is how Redannick is thought of.
