Home Care received a glowing CQC report

On 31 October, Chris Harvey presented the Home Care team with flowers and cakes as a well done for their CQC report, published in September, where they were rated as good. Chris read out some lovely comments from the report which included:

‘People were extremely happy with the quality of care and support they received and numerous people told us the service they received could not be beaten. People’s comments included: “They are brilliant, I give them ten out of ten for everything”, “I couldn’t have better; they have been like part of the family”. I am very lucky and appreciate everything they do” and, “They couldn’t be better. I would recommend them to everybody”.

‘The culture of the service was caring with a clear and obvious focus on ensuring people’s care needs were met. Staff told us “we have a good team”, “I would be happy for any of our staff to look after my relatives”, “I enjoy my work and am proud of the company I work for”.

Chris explained it is rare to hear these type of fantastic comments.
