Julie started working for Cornwall Care in 1997 and she has worked at Headlands, The Green, Trewartha and Trengrouse.  Julie has worked almost every role since starting in care from a domestic through to Home Manager.

Julie is passionate about ensuring our residents are provided with the things they need to enable them to have a fulfilling life.

She is a very supportive manager who often puts the needs of others above herself. She is always willing to offer her support to other services. She constantly strives to increase her own knowledge, and is always willing to share this with others.

''Since I came to Trengrouse in 2015, Julie has been totally supportive of pushing me to achieve my goals. She is always there to listen and help if I have a problem even if it’s not work related. Her personality is so bubbly and that’s why we love her, no matter what type of day we are having Julie will make sure this doesn’t affect the care we need to provide to our clients. I couldn’t ask to work for a better manager and team''. Kim

''Like Kim, I have found Julie to be very supportive both in and out of work.  She is fair but firm, setting clear expectations for the team.  She has an up beat personality that inspires others and I have learnt a great deal from her since joining the team at Trengrouse 4 years ago.'' Melanie

In the last 18 months I have learn lots from Julie. She is always there for me and our team. Her passion inspires us all to strive for the best possible care standards for our family at Trengrouse. Because that is what we are; a family – residents and staff alike. Debbie
