Mayor of Truro’s visit to Redannick was a great success

Today’s visit by Lindsay, The Mayor of Truro turned out to be a real pleasure.

The Mayor couldn’t express enough how friendly our home is. She said it felt very homely, the residents seemed so happy, contented and relaxed. Lindsay had visited many other care homes and was surprised to see how many activities we had planned. Apparently the other homes she had seen didn’t have any activities for the residents at all.

One of our residents – Cyril – was so happy to see and chat to the Mayor, it really made his day. All in all it was an excellent visit. Thank you to Lindsay for attending. We look forward to seeing you on 8 December at the Mayor of Truro’s Charity Day.
