Little Bird Music join Mountford House for some musical delights

Weekly music sessions by Little Bird Music have been taking place since 6 November at Mountford House.

The sessions have been delivered by the children of Truro Nursery School each Tuesday morning from 10.45am-11.15am. Residents are given percussion instruments such as tambourines to play along to the music. They really enjoy these sessions and a lot of benefit has been achieved by interacting with the young ones.

The children also enjoy themselves at these weekly sessions and love talking to the residents, hearing all about their lives and what they used to do for a living. I think you can see from the photographs how much enjoyment everybody has by taking part. We look forward to meeting up every week.
