Trengrouse girls and The Pretty Muddy 5k Challenge
Posted by admin on June 30,2017These Trengrouse girls had a great time on Saturday 3rd September when taking part in The Pretty Muddy 5k Challenge in aid of Cancer Research UK.
Cancer plays dirty but so did the girls on that wet, misty, windy day in Stithians. In one way or another cancer has affected the lives of most of us – from losing loved ones or watching them suffer with this terrible disease we can at least help in some way by giving something back by fundraising for worthy causes such as Cancer Research UK.
The girls that took part are Julie McNaughton, Mel Bedlow, Kim Cass, Sarah Devine, Sarah Combellack, Sophie Leonard, Hannah Penrose and Lizzie Flint.
They are still collecting sponsorship but at the moment it looks like they have raised £400 already.
