When Newquay Pre-school brought joy to our residents at Penberthy

Children from Newquay Pre-school and Nursery came to visit us at Penberthy last week and brought smiles to the faces of everyone present.

The children were a bit shy to start with but once they started chatting to our lovely residents they realised they had nothing to be nervous about. They sang some Christmas carols together and even held hands with some of our ladies and gents. It was so heartwarming to see.

The headteacher said that the children didn’t stop talking about their time with the residents on the way back to school. They can’t wait for more visits in the new year. We would like to thank the children for bringing joy to everyone.
