Spring at Pengover

At Pengover, our nursing home in Liskeard, residents and staff have been enjoying the opening of Spring.

Residents such as Jean Cummings (pictured below) have enjoyed planting new flower pots for the garden, baking yummy treats and bringing in some colour to Pengover.

As well as welcoming in the Spring, we have also enjoyed a visit by the Clay County Singers, where residents and staff were delighted by their lovely harmonies, listening happily to their tunes.

It was also Louisa Jennings’ 96th birthday recently! Every birthday is a very special occasion to us and we like to make an effort to make the day as memorable as possible. We were delighted at how Louisa liked her gifts and are really glad she had such a lovely day.
