St Breock celebrate the birthday of a very special lady
Posted by admin on March 4,2019On 27 February, our lovely Marjorie Keat who lives at St Breock, celebrated her 104th birthday in style.
Marjorie is a really sociable lady who loves music, a glass of sweet sherry and likes to wear lipstick. She loves to chat and before coming into residential care, she used to take a long walk around Wadebridge and sit on benches having a chat to people in her local community.
Marjorie had said that she would like a little bit of fuss for her birthday, a party, a fruit cake and to receive lots of cards. I think that you can see by the photographs that all her wishes came true AND she received 65 cards, that’s amazing! And to top it all the local Deputy Mayor visited to wish Marjorie a happy birthday!
