Residents, relatives, staff and visitors enjoyed our annual Summer Fete on Saturday 7 July.
There was live music by Sarah and Martin Fowler which everybody loved. We enjoyed taking part in a raffle, tombola and teddy tombola! We had a car boot sale, plant stalls and a cake stall with over 20 different cakes to choose from AND we had a delicious cream tea too. There’s goes the diet!
The afternoon was sunny and spirits were high as England won the quarter finals in the World Cup which was televised in our shaded lounge for all to enjoy.
The afternoon wouldn’t have been possible without tremendous support from the local community and volunteers.
