News from Trevern in March
Posted by admin on March 20,2020Trevern were overjoyed recently to receive enough in donations to help provide more fabulous activities for residents.
Residents are being given the opportunity to take part in more great activities and events due to a generous donation from Ladies Aloud who are one of Alzheimer’s Society’s fundraising groups. The ladies raised £250 in support of Falmouth Friend’s Dementia Café.
Trevern also received a generous donation of £200 from Pendennis Yachts last year. We would like to thank both Ladies Aloud and Pendennis Yachts for their very generous donations. Our residents will really reap the benefits.
Throughout 2019, we also received money from other grant funding sources. We are amazed by the generosity of people. Long may it continue.
On another note, we have invested in iPods and headphones with personalised playlists for a number of our residents to enjoy. So far, it has proven very beneficial and popular amongst our residents. We hope to have enough money to buy more of these gadgets soon.
