Celebrating with Cornish treats

On 5 March, Woodland residents and staff enjoyed celebrating this day by eating lots of lovely Cornish treats including these gorgeous pasties made by Marcin (standing next to Sandra and Rebecca).

What lovely pasties they were too!

St Piran’s Day is the national day of Cornwall held on 5 March every year. The day is named after one of the patron saints of Cornwall, Saint Piran who is also the patron saint of tin miners.
