Woodland’s visit to Ozzell Bowl was a success

Some of our residents and staff from Woodland House recently took a trip to the local bowling alley in St Austell.

This came about following a recent chat after a game of skittles in our home. We were talking about places we would like to visit and things we would like to try and the idea of ten-pin bowling came up – so we made it happen.

We had so much fun as you can see from the photographs. We enjoyed fizzy drinks, we laughed loads and made a lot of noise when we got a strike – we’re surprised we weren’t told off for cheering so loudly!

All in all, it was a successful trip and we look forward to doing it again one day soon.
