Christmas bingo at St Breock on 12 December

Join us for some festive bingo!

St Breock will be holding their Christmas bingo at the Wadebridge Social Club on Wednesday 12 December 2018. Prizes this year will include meat hampers, Christmas cakes, fruit baskets, wine and chocolates so there’s something for everyone.

Doors open at 7.30pm. Eyes down at 8pm. All are welcome so do come along. All proceeds will go towards the residents’ amenities fund.

As it turns out, bingo is more than just a fun activity. Researchers from the University of Southampton have found that playing bingo has multiple health benefits for the elderly. It takes concentration - which improves listening and short term memory skills and it promotes socialisation - which is essential for the elderly to maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle.
