Pupils from Carclaze School bring cheer to residents at Woodland House

Posted by cornwallcare on August 1, 2018

Following our links made with Carclaze School over this past year, the children in Year 1 have spent the last term growing plants and flowers for us to display in our garden.

On 16 June, two of our residents visited the children at their school to receive the beautiful gift donated to us. We were welcomed with tea and delicious biscuits. The children sang songs for us and read pieces of their work and we all enjoyed listening to the tales they told. We all had a wonderful afternoon.
