Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website (“the Site”).  Your use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions as amended from time to time.  Cornwall Care reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting the changes online.

Cornwall Care Information

Cornwall Care is a not for profit, registered charity (Charity Number: 1053486)

We have 16 care homes situated throughout Cornwall. We offer residential, nursing and dementia care for older people and also for younger people with learning disabilities. In addition, we offer care and support to people in their own homes, advice and help to those caring for a loved one and day care for those who like to spend a day with us.

Cornwall Care disclaims (to the extent permitted by law) all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained on the Site. You should take appropriate steps to verify any information upon which you wish to rely.  Cornwall Care will not be liable for any damages, including indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or loss or reputation whether in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise arising from or in connection with this agreement or use of the Site save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.  The Site is provided “as is” without any representations or any form of warranty (whether made expressly or implied by law) as to satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility or security

Cornwall Care shall not be liable for any damages to or viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software data or other property as a result of your access to, use of or browsing of this website or downloading of any materials, data, text or images. Cornwall Care does not warrant that: the Site will be uninterrupted; free from viruses or anything else which may have a harmful effect on any technology; defects will be corrected; or that the Site or the server that makes it available on the internet are virus-free.

If you do not want to grant to Cornwall Care the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.  We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the modified terms and conditions on the Website.  Any modifications shall take effect 3 days after posting on the Website.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.  The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of, or in connection with the Site and its use.
