Supportive Lifestyles

Supporting people to live their own lives and to make their own choices is at the centre of everything we do at Cornwall Care. As well as promoting independence, we celebrate the individuality of the people we support and form a trusted relationship with them.

Cornwall Care provides support for people with learning disabilities, dementia and other support needs. Our objective is to provide truly person centred, tailor made support for you or your loved one, as an individual. If you would like any further information, please call us on 01872 597800 or complete the form below. We can discuss your needs or arrange for you to meet the registered manager in person.

Home Care Client

“You all did an amazing job and was so appreciated by Kath. She looked forward to seeing you all coming and doing all the jobs she wanted doing, so she could live to the end in the comfort of her own home. Thank you all very much.”
